ValueListField maintains a free-text list through a labelled entry row, an Add button, and one Token per committed value. Pass validateEntry for format, duplicate, and maximum-count rules; use label in forms or aria-labelledby on settings rows.
The entry uses one field frame beside the Add button; the nested input does not draw a second edge.
